Dear guests,

Welcome to our family vacation home! We are delighted to welcome you to our favorite retreat.

Please observe the following house rules during your stay:

✅General

• if a storm is approaching (Bora), it can rain heavily and a strong wind can arise,please close all windows and shutters and also the front door (due to possible strong draughts, the shutters can otherwise hit the house wall, for example, and cause major damage )
• please do not leave sun loungers, sunshades etc. outside overnight, the awning must be rolled up immediately, please do not leave the awning unrolled overnight under any circumstances

🌿Garden and outdoor area

• please water the plants when it is very hot and has not rained, please only water them at the bottom of the soil (watering cans are in the cellar) this saves unnecessary water costs, if it rains heavily, please do not water the plants
• please do not leave the loungers, cushions, parasols etc. outside overnight, see above, please do not carry the loungers down to the sea
• please do not leave the awning unrolled overnight under any circumstances, as a storm (bora) can also blow up overnight, see above
• if you use the barbecue, please note that there is a fire extinguisher upstairs in the garage

🚿Bathroom

• to avoid mold growth, open the window fully after showering
• clean the shower cubicle with the shower cubicle squeegeeafter every shower
• to have hot water, turn on the boiler, the boiler heats up very quickly and stays on while you are present
• when using the washing machine, please consider the environment and the consumption of water and electricity
